HISTORY & GENEALOGY. . .  You can't have one without the other.

Genealogy & History are intertwined.  In order to understand our ancestors, we have to learn more about the times and events that surrounded their lives.  Without the historical context, genealogy can be rather boring.  A list of names and dates doesn't explain who they were.

Learning the history of the time can bring our ancestors to life.  We can learn the social, economic, religious and political events of their time, all of which can help to resolve genealogical roadblocks.

Please help us keep our genealogy up to date by filling in the Family Group Sheet we included with the reunion invitation.  You can download extra forms by clicking here.  

If you have information on any of our ancestors, any documents and old photographs or family stories, Please share those with us too.  You can send them to us via e-mail, or, bring them to the reunion, we'll have a computer, scanner & printer available so we can immediately return them to you.  If we have them in advance, we can use them as part of a display.
